Hi There,
My name is Nadia- I am a woman of faith, a wife, a mom of three, and a psychotherapist living in Massachusetts. I started my blog after I left my job in 2020 at the peak of the childcare crisis to stay home with my children.
I mainly started blogging because I love being an advocate for mental health and helping people and wanted to contribute to the field in some way as a stay-at-home mom. I created this online space with this reason in mind only.
However, after being trained by a group of top bloggers, I learned that I could monetize my blog and wanted to do so right away to help support my household financially.
Since the mental health niche is hard to monetize, I started blogging about being a mom and haven’t looked back since!
Freudian Mommy is a combination of parenting and mental health.
Here you’ll find that I write about helping moms especially those without a village find ways to simplify everyday parenting tasks, the importance of having, finding, and building a village to help you raise your children, and how to find balance in your life as a busy mom.
As a psychotherapist, I also write a lot about how to achieve mental wellness at the highest level. Mental health topics include but not limited to healing from childhood trauma, coping with and treating depression, anxiety, and other mental illnesses.
If you would like to be a part of the Freudian Mommy Community, please subscribe to my email list so you won’t miss a beat on the blog.
If you have any other questions, feel free to send me a message at [email protected].
Hugs!
Nadia Fleury, MS, MFT
