Becoming a mother requires walking through certain valleys, one of which is childbirth. The thought of giving birth can cause a lot of fear and anxiety, but just as my faith and belief in Jesus Christ has gotten me through many hurdles in life, it has also helped me through childbirth.

Benefits of Using Birth Affirmations

Affirmations are just words. But words are powerful and hold a lot of weight. When powerful and positive words are put together in a sentence to create a statement you repeat daily, it creates change in your mindset.

The shift in your mindset pushes you to think positively and inspires and motivates you to take actions that will help you to focus on reaching your goals. Using affirmations in preparation for birth or during delivery can help you to channel your inner strength to breathe through the painful contractions and motivate you to push out your baby.
